My model has a diagnostics feature but when I called Sears to have them diagnose over the phone as it's stated in the manual, I was told "I'm sorry, but we are not offering that at this time" and it was going to be 150 for diagnostic and if I didn't have them repair it then I would lose the 150 but if I had them do repair the 150 would go towards labor and parts. My LG refrigerator went out on me about a week ago.
